COVID-19 Policies & Procedures

Please read carefully through the following guidelines before signing up for a class or booking a studio tour.



  • Masks must be worn at all times in the studio. Masks must fit appropriately and fully cover the nose and month. No exceptions. 

  • If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are experiencing any symptoms, please do not come to the studio. 

  • Hands must be washed and/or sanitized immediately upon arrival.

  • All workstations and community equipment must be sanitized after each use. Bleach bottles are available at all workstations. 

  • There is only one person allowed at the sink at a time. 

  • All members and students are expected to maintain appropriate distance while moving through the studio. 



  • Classes are limited to 7 students each. 

  • Wheels and workstations have been socially distanced.

  • Please be aware that there may be occasions when staff/students must pass by at closer range.

  • Due to extremely limited capacity, we can not offer make-up classes at this time.

  • Students are encouraged to bring their own personal hand towel and apron. Community towels/aprons are not available at this time.



  • Refunds must be requested 2 weeks prior to the beginning of any workshops or classes.

  • We are unable to offer refunds within 2 weeks of the start of a workshop or class for any reason. 

  • Any refunds issued are subject to a 10% processing fee.


Morning Ceramics Studio is continuously monitoring safety guidelines put out by the local government, state government, and Center for Disease Control. Should any guidelines change, all members, students, and staff will be updated via email and policies will be in effect immediately. 


Should any part of a class / workshop be postponed due to COVID-19, Morning Ceramics Studio will reschedule the remainder of the session as soon as possible. The class / workshop will be considered rescheduled, not cancelled, and therefore we are unable to offer any refunds.
