Celebrate ~spooky season~ and create a family of ghostly lanterns! This two-hour family-focused workshop invites children ages 7+ and their grown-ups to work together on their glowing phantoms, but everyone (child at heart!) is welcome to join in the ghoulish fun.
Participants will learn how to create haunted shapes from a slab of clay, add texture using stamps, and finally decorate with pops of color (who says ghosts can't wear rainbow!) The workshop includes four ghost lanterns, with the option to purchase more to add to your boo crew!
After the workshop, your ghosty lanterns will be fired and glazed and ready for pick up before Halloween!

What's included: Materials and tools for use during the workshop
What to bring: We recommend a notebook & pen for ideas! But we'll also have lots of scrap paper for making spooky doodle plans! You could also bring along some items that you might want to use as stamps; leaves, flowers, fabrics, etc. Something with a fun texture!
What you'll be making: 2 ghost shaped lanterns each (~4" tall).

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know 7 days before your class/workshop begins. We are unable to offer refunds, transfers, or exchanges within 7 days of the start of a class/workshop for any reason. Any refunds issued are subject to a 5% processing fee.

Studio Access: Our main entrance includes a set of steps. However, an alternative accessible entrance is available upon request.
Transportation of Clay: The average weight of a new bag of clay is 25 pounds. We are prepared to assist if you require assistance with transporting heavier items.
