Don’t get mugged off*! Come to the MCMC (Morning Ceramics Mug Clinic) and get back on top of your relationship with mug-making.

Join us for a 3 hour technical skills workshop, designed for clay folks of all experience levels, both behind the wheel and building with their hands! Spend the first part in discussion, critiquing a selection of mugs by pottery pros and focusing on special tips and tricks to give you the highest chances of success during each step of creating the perfect mug. Then put the fruits of that conversation into action constructing 1-2 handbuilt mugs. Demos will include how to hone your pinch pot technique, how to build and pull handles, and how to bring your piece into a sense of harmony and composition.
