Sculptural Vessels

This 2 day class will be approaching the creation of pottery off the wheel. Traditional hand-building techniques such as pinch, coil, and slab will be covered in depth as well as an insight to the sculptural nature by which Joshua Kehrberg creates his own works. This is a great class for beginners to learn how to approach hand formed pots as well as more advanced students looking to break out of the conventional ways of working with clay. Participants will leave with 2 finished works with bisque firing offered.
