Teen Summer Clay Program (10am)

Join us for a 6 week class program specially geared towards teenagers on their clay journey! We'll explore the ins and outs of handbuilding and work together towards individual goals or specific project ideas that students bring in. Students will also have the opportunity to present their finished work in an optional open house following the conclusion of class.

Perfect for newcomers and total beginners, start from square one with wedging and shaping clay, and we’ll take you through the basics of pinching, slab building, coiling, and surface decoration!

Classes run from July 12th through August  21st on Wednesdays from 10am to 1pm.

Class includes clay and firing allowance, glazes, a personal tool kit, and 18 hours of instruction. Please note that all work time will be during class only.

PROOF OF COVID-19 VACCINATION IS REQUIRED - please bring this to your first class session. For proof of vaccination please provide one of the following:

• Your physical vaccination card
• A clear, legible photo of your vaccination card
• A digital vaccination record

Classes will take place in our socially distanced work stations and masks are required.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know 7 days before your class/workshop begins. We are unable to offer refunds, transfers, or exchanges, within 7 days of the start of a class/workshop for any reason. Any refunds issued are subject to a 10% processing fee.
